Every dog deserves a special day on his birthday – and birthdays mean cake! You can choose whether you want to invite his best doggy friend over, or just a few family and friends. You can make one cupcake for each dog, or share the cake, especially if the dogs are small breeds.
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 20mℓ coconut oil
- 25mℓ honey
- 1¾ cups cake flour
- Plain yoghurt (make sure it doesn’t contain xylitol)
- Bone-shaped biscuits
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°
- Mix the eggs, oil and honey. Stir in the sifted flour, bit by bit.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin pan – you might only be able to fill three or four cups.
- Bake until the cupcakes are brown and firm to the touch – it might take between 15 and 20 minutes, depending on how full the muffin pan is.
- Let the cupcakes cool down completely.
- Ice the cupcakes with yoghurt and decorate them with a few bone-shaped biscuits.
