A Papillon won the Crufts 2019 Best in Show title

Competing against 200 breeds and about 27,000 dogs, Dylan, the Papillion, won Best in Show at Crufts 2019 in England on Sunday, 10 March 2019. Also winner of the Toy group, Dylan was one of seven finalists in the four-day show held in Burmingham.

Dylan and his owner, Kathleen Roosens, came all the way from Belgium to partake in the event. The number of overseas entries totalled 3,611 dogs from 44 other countries.

This year saw Crufts’ 128th year of celebrating show dogs. The most popular breeds this year were Golden and Labrador Retrievers, making up more than 1,000 dogs combined.
